Sylhet-specific considerations
- Heavy monsoon rain — Sylhet region receives 4000+ mm annual rainfall. Spec IP66/IP67 with silicon-sealed junction boxes.
- Flooding risk — Sunamganj + parts of Sylhet flood annually. NVR + electronics should be mounted at least 1.5m above ground level in flood-prone areas.
- Rural fibre availability lower than Dhaka — tea garden and remote installations may need Mikrotik wireless links or 4G/5G router for remote monitoring.
- NRB owner accommodation — many owners abroad; coordinate installation with local family/caretaker, provide UK/USA-timezone-friendly support hours for setup calls.
