What separates IP from analog CCTV? Analog cameras use coaxial cable and max out at 5MP with proprietary formats. IP cameras use standard CAT6 Ethernet, support universal ONVIF integration, deliver true 4K (8MP) or higher, and include on-camera AI — line crossing, intrusion detection, face recognition, license plate recognition (LPR), and people counting.
